Transportation OPT-IN for BBHHS Students and Private School Students 2026-2027 School Year

The BBHCSD is kindly requesting that High School students OPT-IN and students who attend private schools register for their transportation needs for the 2026-2027 school year. Below parents and students will find two respective links that provide a short survey of your needs for next year. The district asks you to complete these survey registrations before July 1, 2026. Thank you for your assistance in making our transportation routing as streamlined as possible.

Here Comes the Bus: Parent Installation & Setup Guide

The Here Comes the Bus app allows parents and guardians in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District to view the real-time location of their child's school bus, receive customizable drop-off/pick-up alerts, and monitor arrival times.

Step 1: Download the App

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
  2. Search for Here Comes the Bus and download the app.

Step 2: Create Your Account

  1. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
  2. Enter the BBHCSD District Code when prompted. School Code: 29129
  3. Fill in your User Profile details (name, email, password).
  4. Check your email to click the activation link and verify your account.

Step 3: Add Your Student(s)

  1. Log in to your newly activated account.
  2. Navigate to My Students and tap Add.
  3. Enter your student's Last Name and their Student ID Number.
  4. Confirm the details to link your child’s bus route to your account.

Step 4: Configure Arrival & Push Alerts

  1. Go to Notification Settings within the app settings.
  2. Set custom notification radius zones (e.g., alert when the bus is within 1,000 feet or 5 minutes of your stop).
  3. Choose whether to receive Push Notifications, Email Alerts, or both.
