Enrollment for New and Returning Students
25-26 Availability
Thursday, February 19, 2026 Update:
At this time BeeKeepers is not accepting enrollments for before or after full or part-time schedules. Drop-in requests are being accepted and should be directed to Brynne Naughton. Drop-in approvals will be determined based on day(s) requested and availability. Requests can be made as far as a month in advance. Any drop-in request must be made at least one day in advance of the day requested. Registration and approval is required to attend. Requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, but as always, we will do our best to meet as many needs as we feasibly can. Thank you for understanding.
Arux is Up and Ready!
Registration and other services are now accessible online to families! Enrollment contracts and schedule requests will now be submitted through this platform. This partnership combines and modernizes how we manage registration events, process payments, and provide invoice/statement records along with the usage of a host of other convenient tools. Arux keeps information centrally located and accessible for all.

Early Dismissal Day Tuesday, June 2nd
If you will need care on the last day of school, you can sign up for early dismissal care on BeeKeepers' Arux platform. Enrollment begins Friday, May 1st. The deadline to sign up or remove your child's name is Tuesday, May 26th.

2026-2027 School Year Enrollment
Fall enrollment begins on Monday, May 4th. If you have not yet created an account on Arux, you will be prompted to do so before submitting a contract. Families who already have an account will log in and select 2026-2027 school year enrollment.

BeeKeepers currently has limited program availability. We are full on certain days/sessions. Contact program leaders for more information regarding availability.
Friday, August 1, 2025 Update:
BeeKeepers is not processing program registration via FinalForms. If you have attempted enrollment through FinalForms, your student(s) have not been processed and added to our program roster. You are currently not enrolled in BeeKeepers for the 2025-2026 school year. To complete enrollment or to inquire about availability, access registration forms via our page on the district website or contact Team Leader Brynne Naughton naughtonb@bbhcsd.org for updated information.
Complete and return appropriate forms located at the bottom of this screen to BeeKeepers. Forms can be turned in via in-person drop off to the Elementary School, mail or email scan to team leader Brynne Naughton naughtonb@bbhcsd.org.
